Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 2026
1. Our Commitment
SuppScore is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to access clear, evidence-based and unbiased information about supplement ingredients and formulas, and we are continually working to improve the usability and accessibility of our website for all users, regardless of technology or ability.
2. Conformance Standard
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.
Our current conformance status is: 'Partially conformant'. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, as detailed below.
3. Known Limitations and Disclosure
While we strive to meet WCAG 2.1 AA across all pages, some areas of the site may currently present accessibility challenges, including but not limited to:
- Data tables and comparison tools: Interactive ingredient comparison charts and scoring matrices may not be fully optimized for screen reader navigation.
- Third-party content: Some product images, brand-related materials, or embedded content (such as retailer widgets or affiliate links) are supplied by external parties and may not meet the same accessibility standards as content we produce directly.
- PDF or downloadable reports: Certain in-depth formula reports or methodology documents may not yet be fully tagged for screen reader compatibility.
- Proprietary scoring visualizations: Visual scoring indicators (e.g., graphical ratings, color-coded scores) are supplemented with text-based equivalents where possible, but coverage across all pages may be incomplete during our ongoing rollout.
Waiver: We are actively auditing and remediating these areas on a rolling basis. Where full conformance is not yet achieved, we aim to provide reasonable alternative access to the same information (such as text descriptions of visual scores) and welcome direct requests for assistance via the contact method below. Identification of a limitation does not constitute an admission of legal non-conformance where reasonable accommodations or alternatives are offered upon request.
4. Technical Specifications
Accessibility of this website relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:
- HTML

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used. We aim for compatibility with current versions of major screen readers (such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver) and up-to-date versions of major browsers.

This statement will be reviewed and updated periodically as we continue to improve accessibility across the SuppScore website.
