The SuppScore name, logo, ingredient dictionary, ingredient scoring, and formula scoring methodology (including underlying weightings, rules and criteria we apply to ingredients, forms and dosages) are the proprietary information of SuppScore LTD and/or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, database right, and other intellectual property laws in the UK, EU and US.

You may view and share links to individual pages of the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not systematically extract, scrape, copy, republish, or create a derivative database or competing service from our ingredient dictionary, scores, or rankings, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Section 3 – Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

We use scraping technology and AI to read supplement ingredients via a photo, text, a website URL, or via a barcode. The ability to read supplement labels varies according to the website it is hosted on. We cannot guarantee that all information about a product, its ingredients, or price will be available or accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the number of searches of any products, or any services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to information provided by you or availability to our technology in reading supplement websites. We are not liable for any incorrect information provided by the scraping technology or information not available from another company's website. We reserve the right to discontinue any part of this service at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Section 5A - Ratings, Opinions and Brand/Manufacturer Disputes

Our ingredient ratings and formula scores reflect SuppScore's good-faith, proprietary opinion, applying our own methodology to publicly available information about ingredients, forms and dosages. They are expressions of opinion, not statements of fact about the safety, efficacy, legality, or quality of any ingredient or product, and are not an endorsement or condemnation of any brand or manufacturer. If you are a brand, manufacturer, or authorised representative of a product and believe that your product, ingredient list, or formula has been misrepresented, scored using incorrect data, or otherwise incorrectly presented on the Service, please contact us at info@suppscore.com with (a) a link to the relevant page (b) a description of the specific accuracy and (c) supporting documentation. We will review submissions made in good faith and, where we agree an error has occurred, will correct the relevant data within a reasonable time frame. We are under no obligation to adopt any particular correction, to remove a rating or score, or to respond within any fixed timeframes, but we will act reasonably and in good faith when reviewing disputes.

Section 6 – Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
